The engineer phoned and said he could come to the out that day at a time that suited me. I wasn't at home at the time and said I would be back in about an hour. He arrived on time and left about an hour later having fixed the problem I had with my printer.
Very good service and competent engineer, so I was more than pleased with the repair.
