Error code printhead cleaning on Canon IPF605 Printer/Plotter

Last week Euroland IT Services engineer attended a call in Romford on Canon IPF605 Printer/ Plotter, reported
fault: showing execute printhead cleaning, if still display same error, replace printhead.

On attending site , engineer carried out diagnostics and execute printhead clean, quality of print slightly improved , but print still very faint, clean printhead, ensured inks flowing through properly and finally engineer reported printhead and maintenace cartridge faulty and required replacing.

After the installation of PF-03 printhead and MC-16 maintenace cartridge, error rectified and tested ok.
